We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just down the street from the Cathedral. It was so convenient for sightseeing, as all major attractions were within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace. The decor was modern and stylish, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything was inviting and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any queries we had. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Hard to think of anything negative about our stay.

This place is secure, spotless, and traditional with a large bedroom and a reasonably large bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and the staff were great with communication.

we had a nice stay in seville very close to great restaurants, shopping and the cathedral, tourist attractions, shops and lovely bars and restaurants and genteel home francos. it was marvellous right in the centre of the city. we thoroughly enjoyed the time spent here.

I would definitely book here again, the place is great. Thanks for really comfortable stay, having setting close to restaurants and attractions. Spotless bathroom with a tub. I tried some drinks at bar Ovejas Negras, located 5 minutes away...

We had a wonderful stay at Genteel Home Francos in Seville with our large family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Our children especially loved visiting the Plaza de España, with its beautiful architecture and boat rides. The apartment also had a lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city, where we enjoyed spending time together as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the apartment had a play area or a designated space for children to play.

Excellent location, close to the cathedral and Setas de Sevilla. Property size was good for our group. Shutters provided quiet and dark rooms. Hosts arranged high chairs and travel cots. Rooftop terrace was a bonus, great for kids. Easy access with a lift. Good communication with owner. Everything was clean and inviting. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Patio with seating and sunbed. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Seville. the location was incredible, with all the main attractions within a 20-minute walk or less. the apartment was clean and quiet, despite being situated on a busy street. Having a supermarket and restaurants right next door was very convenient. the apartment itself was comfortable and well-decorated, with modern furnishings. the beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. If I ever come back to Seville, I would definitely consider staying at Genteel Home Francos again. Cons: Nothing to be said. 👍.

The location was fantastic, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We were able to explore the city easily and conveniently. the cleanliness of the house was impressive, with bright and well-maintained spaces. the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They greeted us upon arrival and provided us with useful information about the area.

One aspect we did not enjoy was the layout of the house. It had multiple floors, which made it tiring to constantly go up and down.

Fatima, our AMAZING property manager, saved the day by guiding us to the hidden gem in the old town. The location was mind-blowingly perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was a jaw-dropping combination of light and comfort. Being right in the heart of the action meant incredible restaurants, local bars, and shopping galore. Our clean and comfortable rooms provided the ideal space for our special group birthday celebration. The attentive service didn't stop there - the staff arranged a sun umbrella for the rooftop terrace, making our stay even more delightful. With the fantastic location, cleanliness, and helpful staff, this apartment was an absolute winner!
